General Terms and Conditions
Purpose
These general terms and conditions apply to all online bookings made with our establishment through the Regional Marketing Tool (RMT). The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions. No reservation is possible without the customer agreeing to them. The customer has the option to save and print these terms and conditions.Price
The prices displayed at the time of booking constitute the total price of the service sold, including taxes, fees, and other charges. Any additional charges will be clearly indicated before the booking is made.The customer authorizes us to correct any obvious pricing errors.
Booking
The customer selects the services offered on the property owners’ website. They acknowledge having understood the nature, purpose, and booking conditions of the services available through the booking tool and have requested and received the necessary and/or additional information to make their reservation with full knowledge. The customer is solely responsible for their choice of services and their suitability for their needs, so the property owners cannot be held liable in this regard. The reservation is considered accepted by the customer upon completion of the booking process.Booking Process
Reservations are made by sending an email to the property owners. The reservation is considered firm once a confirmation email is received. The customer agrees, prior to any reservation, to provide all necessary information for the booking. The customer certifies the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided. Once the final choice of services to be booked is made, the reservation process includes payment of 100% of the reservation amount, review, and acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale related to the service(s). Upon receipt of payment, the property owners will confirm the reservation by email.Right of Withdrawal
It is noted that, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Economic Law Code, if the contract specifies a specific date or period of execution, the customer does not have the right to withdraw in the case of a reservation:o For accommodation other than residential purposes (e.g., holiday lodging), .......
Privacy
We collect your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (2016/679).The personal data you provide is necessary for processing your reservation and is essential for managing and providing the services (Article 6.1.b of the aforementioned Regulation). With your consent, your data may also be used by us to send you promotional or commercial offers by email or postal mail.
We retain your data for 3 years after the last contact (email, reservation, etc.).As a data subject, you have the right to access, rectify, erase your data, and object to the collection of your data. These rights can be exercised by sending us an email stating your name, surname, and address, as well as the subject of your correspondence.
Complaints regarding the collection and processing of your personal data can be addressed to the competent supervisory authority.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled under the following conditions:o The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
o If the customer cancels their reservation between 14 and 7 days before arrival, they will pay 50% of the reservation amount.
o If the customer cancels their reservation between 7 days and the day of arrival, they will pay 100% of the reservation amount.
o If the customer does not show up, they will pay 100% of the reservation amount.
Payment Conditions
o By bank transfer to the owners' account BE91 7320 7533 2776 – funds must be in the owners' account 48 hours before the customer's arrival.
